This Privacy Policy describes how HackAgent ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by AI4I, collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website at hackagent.dev and the HackAgent web application at app.hackagent.dev (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google OAuth authentication (managed through Auth0).
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and device information.
• API usage data: agent configurations, test runs, and results submitted to the HackAgent API.
• Technical data: session tokens, cookies, and authentication identifiers.

We use your personal data to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide support.
• Monitor and analyze usage to improve the Service.

We use Auth0 as our identity and authentication provider. When you sign in with Google, Auth0 processes your credentials on our behalf. Auth0 may collect and store authentication-related data as described in their own Privacy Policy.

We do not store your Google credentials. We only receive a verified identity token containing your name and email address.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We may also use analytics tools to understand how the Service is used. No tracking cookies are placed without your knowledge.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling session cookies will prevent you from logging in.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Auth0: for authentication and identity management.
• Hosting providers: for infrastructure and service delivery.
